The hotel had a central location to 2 shopping centers especially Terminal 21.

we had a pleasant stay at this hip new hotel. stayed here with our family and everything was really good. the location was absolutely perfect and magnificent for walking around a unique hands-on museum. the area was fairly quiet near to pattaya walking street, night market as well as massage shops.

The units were large and huge with a balcony.

There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the good value for money room. We didn't want to leave and would stay here again👌👌

I was pleasantly surprised by the good value for money at Ploen Place Residence. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to Terminal 21, Central Marina, and the vibrant Korean Town. The hotel also had plenty of massage shops nearby, perfect for relaxation.

While there wasn't a swimming pool or bathtub, this hotel was still okay for those looking to save money on their stay. If you're a fan of Korean and Chinese food, you'll have a great dining experience here.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was unbeatable and magnificent next to Tiffany show, and 2 shopping centers. The management was very very helpful and best, as well as the staff. Liked the room with a balcony, my bed was comfortable.

The hotel has a fantastic location, surrounded by shopping malls such as Central Marina and Terminal 21, as well as other entertainment complexes. The rooms are spacious with great amenities such as a big fridge and a microwave, giving you a homely feel. The staffs are friendly and helpful, offering excellent service to make your stay even more enjoyable.

One minor inconvenience is the parking entrance slope, which may be steep for some vehicles.

I had an excellent stay at a hotel located close to restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, near to the main attractions and only a short walk away from a shopping center where you can buy groceries. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served every morning.

This hotel was a hidden retreat that exceeded my expectations. The value for money was incredible, with prices that were very affordable considering the quality of the accommodation. I loved the attention to detail, especially in the rooms with balconies on the 8th floor. The location was perfect, being close to the beach and restaurants, as well as just a short distance from the Central marina where I could easily buy food or groceries. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included in the price made it all even better.

All was well with this hotel, no improvements needed.
